EXHAUST GAS BOILER TUBES RENEW

The re-tubing scope included packing renewal, water &smoke side boiler cleaning, 220 pcs smoke tubes and 34 pcs stay tubes replacement, leaking tubes plugging,PT inspection ,welding seams after tube installation, followed by mandatory pressure test. We also handled class requirements - DOC transfer from BV to KR, ensuring the vessel remains fully compliant.

AUX. BOILER UPPER SMOKE BOX REPAIR

Beyond steel tubes, we are experts in boiler repair service. It is found that Aux. boiler upper smoke box has cracks . Our engineers clean and grind damaged area , weld and grind the surface. Meanwhile, we also proceed NDT test with report and pressure test to make sure the good condition of AUX.boiler.

AUXILIARY BOILER FURNACE & BURNER CONE REFRACTORY REPAIR

Our services also extend to high-temperature resistant materials. Sealegend technicians performed thorough fireside cleaning and full refractory reconstruction. We rebuilt furnace refractory lining (φ1.8m, thickness 200mm) and restored the refractory on the burner cone. Specialized reconstruction of burner cones ensures optimal combustion efficiency.
