SEALEGEND TEAM was appointed by ship’s owner (G-Marine Service Co.,Ltd) to embark M/V VL PIONEER at TIANJIN PORT, remaining onboard to overhaul NO.1~3 G/E during the voyage. Engineers sailed with her until the vessel arrived at her discharge port in SINGAPORE.

WORK DURATION:5 ENGINEERS*10 DAYS on board

1.NO.1,2,3 G/E MAIN BEARING,THRUST BEARING AND CAMSHAFT BEARING REPLACEMENT

2.NO.1 G/E CYLINDER OVHL

This maintenance was performed while the vessel was under way , which offered relatively sufficient, uninterrupted work time for engineers to carry out the work systematically.

In this way, G/E could be inspected ,overhauled and tested comprehensively, compared with completing the job within a tight port stay.
