1.Operation of A/C unit and recorded all parameters
2.Collection of refrigerant liquid from A/C unit to condenser
3.Purging the refrigeration circuits with dry nitrogen in order to find any leakages atall the system.
4.Inspection all the system for leakages using electronic leak detector.
5.Repair and fix any leakages if found.
6.Replacement of refrigeration oil if needed.
7.Cleaning and replacement of silica gel or dryer core.
8.Flush system by dry nitrogen gas
9.Vacuumize the system,charge refrigerant
10.Adjustment of expansion valve
11.Running test of unit, and adjustment of all automation controls
12.Final record all parameters and deliver to crew
